ARCA is an international project dedicated to exploring and promoting the connections between cinema and the arts, targeting a broad audience. It is a festival that takes the form of a research project, exhibition, and educational programs focused on film and audiovisual content.

Each year, the festival's selection reflects the quality and diversity of worldwide film production related to the arts.

ARCA is a founder member of the Films on Art Network, an international network for professionals organizing film festivals focused on the arts. It is composed of 12 founding members from different countries in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe, whose mission is to foster the exchange of knowledge and resources in service of the arts.
