In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Man Ray's first film in 1923, "RETURN TO REASON" stands as the inaugural 4K restoration of Man Ray's revered silent films, accompanied by a new soundtrack composed and performed by acclaimed filmmaker Jim Jarmusch and musician Carter Logan's band Sqürl.

The collection includes Man Ray's iconic works: "Le Retour à la Raison" (Return to Reason) (1923), "Emak-Bakia" (1926), "L’Étoile de mer" (The Starfish) (1928), and "Les Mystères du Château du Dé" (The Mysteries of the Château of Dice) (1929). "RETURN TO REASON" offers a captivating journey into the surreal and dreamlike realm crafted by one of America's most prolific visual artists.

The meticulous restoration was spearheaded by Womanray and Cinenovo, sourcing original prints from various parts of the world. This endeavor was undertaken in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as La Cinémathèque française, the Centre Pompidou, the Library of Congress, the French CNC, and Cineteca di Bologna.
