Synopsis
Javier Gil (Carmelo, 1961) is one of the most prominent Uruguayan visual artists of his generation, who has exhibited in New York and various cities in Europe and Latin America. For more than twenty years he has filmed his life spontaneously, chaotically and persistently.

This documentary is an attempt to give some order to that enormous quantity of particular, everyday and uncomfortable moments that make up the life of an artist as charismatic as he is overwhelming. It is in short, a journey through his archive full of situations, characters and images, captured with sensitivity and ruthless authenticity.
